What This Is

LS-01 PACO is a software-defined control-plane architecture designed to govern computation and data movement on critical infrastructure where downtime, unverified write access, or compromise of data sovereignty is unacceptable.

Operating in non-intrusive shadow mode alongside existing enterprise systems, the architecture progresses through strict evidence-qualification gates. It requires zero standing operational write authority until formal verification and independent review criteria are satisfied.

Core Design Commitments

Data Remains In Place

Stage-0 architecture keeps raw host-system data within origin environments. Only representative event streams are used during evaluation.

Isolation By Construction

Leverages a formally verified seL4 microkernel isolation substrate to enforce hardware-mediated domain separation.

Authority Is Earned

Begins with no write authority. System capability advances strictly through empirical evidence gates and verified telemetry.
